About Our Pear Trees
Pear Tree Sizes: There is variability in the tree sizes, but they are generally a ¾” caliper minimum with light to moderate branching (feathering) unless noted. Height is usually at least 5′, but often over 7′.

This is an 18th century Belgian pear. Good crops of sweet, large fruit. Yellow with red-blushed skin. Very good fresh eating. Self Pollinates, but will increase crop with a different variety.

Large, yellow bronze fruit that is fine-grained, tender and juicy. Vigorous growth habit. A 1934 University of MN introduction that is also a popular pollinator.
